With more than a decade of demonstrated leadership in finance, operations, and general administration, Lanz Fritz founded Corporate Growth Consulting, LLC in order to help business owners realize the lifestyle and financial independence they deserve. From his direct experience, Lanz provides counsel and proven strategies in: capitalization; building a positive, growth-centered work culture; and creating solid financial systems.

Prior to founding Corporate Growth Consulting, Lanz spent ten years in leadership positions, including CFO and VP of Operations, at a rapidly growing company. While there, Lanz was one of three executive team members responsible for:

  > Growing revenue by 6,823% from $650,000 in 1996 to $45 million in 2006
> Turning a $500,000 loss in 1996 into a $14 million profit in 2006
> Raising $7 million in capital through the sale of equity
> Helping create a culture that earned his company recognition as one of the 100 Best Companies to work for in Oregon in 2002 and 2003 (Oregon Business Magazine)
> Sale of the company to a strategic buyer, yielding 1,150% return to seed capital investors
Lanz is a member of Oregon Entrepreneurs Network, Association for Corporate Growth and Financial Executives Networking Group. He’s been a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Oregon since 1995, and holds a BA from Claremont McKenna College.

In his free time, Lanz enjoys basketball, golf, traveling and spending time with his wife, Karen, and two daughters, Kate and Lauren.
